what's the insurance policy like at the agency. Do they have... whatever beak dental is? do they get paid leave? is there such a thing as "overtime?"

That's still something that's I'm thawing out, but at the very least they have really good health insurance (due to the paranormal stuff they're dealing with) and they have modest accommodations provided for field agents and stationed agents.
