Do Doctors/Dieticians/Medical Staff/Health Professionals actively advise Obesity & assist folks to grow Fatter in your AU?

i think they just don't give a damn because their medicine is so advanced that they've eliminated any negative health effects from obesity, plus healthcare is free so whatever
