What's your coping mechanism?

As an introvert, my main coping mechanism is taking time for myself. This means setting boundaries and saying no to things that don't benefit me or drain my energy.

Lately I realize the best ways to stay sane during my darkest time is to share what's on my mind to a person I trust the most or to a person who relate to what I feel. I could say it's simple but yet very effective.
