How many OCs do you have, if do how do you keep track of stuff for them

I think I have like, 10-15 OC's that I've thought about on a regular basis this year? I save my art in folders from month to month so I can reference stuff I thought about recently easily, but other than that there's not a whole lot of tracking/organizing
