Honestly I see Goro as being the type who will still get flustered by Akira being genuinely adoring and romantic with him, even after years of being together. Akira cups his face and tells him he loves him and Goro goes bright red and punches him out of reflex. Akira holds his hand and kisses him on the cheek for no reason other than he wants to, and Goro gets so overwhelmed all he can do is squeeze Akira’s hand and hope that it says enough. (It does)
