I think I've told this before - I used to be on Formspring, and I saw when the site was being launched by friends, so I figured I'd jump on the bandwagon

I took part in the great migration. Originally a lot of the regulars who frequented Yahoo Answers jumped on the Formspring bandwagon in 2009. The site lost a lot of users and almost shut down before becoming "spring.me" for a year then finally closing its doors for good. People once again joined another q&a site (kiwi.qa) then when that ceased existing those of us devoted enough to stick around bounced between Retrospring and Modernspring.
