hi!! great question - i know people are really just into a/b/o for the smut 90% of the time and i’m a sfw author, but i actually LOVE using it as a statement on sexism and gender stereotypes hahaha so that means i’m very flexible. i don’t think i’ve ever done two a/b/o fics with the same “world rules” if that makes sense? like in all of them i think the secondary gender mechanic works slightly differently depending on the angle i want to take. all that to say i really have no set preferences - i can and do enjoy writing any member with any secondary gender :)

don’t worry!! i have a fic coming on valentine’s day, which is earlier than u was planning on posting anything this year, honestly. unfortunately, i think i set really unrealistic expectations by publishing 2+ fics a month last year. as fun as the yeonbin a month project was, it’s not a realistic or sustainable long-term output level for me. i was starting to feel like i was writing just for the sake of getting something published, rather than because i felt really confident or passionate about the story. that’s why i want to take my time this year and not feel rushed. i’m really excited about some of the ideas i have, and i want to take the time to get them right rather than just writing as fast as i possibly can. i will be here with fun stuff this year, but your patience is appreciated :)

hi!! for context for everyone else, this person kindly left me a second comment so that i could reply here because they were asking about a specific fic and whether or not it was mine. i’ve said it before in other comments, but i won’t be answering those types of questions - i don’t want the fics in question attached to my name because i don’t feel confident about them. they were experimental, which is why they were posted anonymously, and im planning to keep it that way. (i didn’t even click on the link, so i can’t confirm or deny on this particular one.) i honestly kind of regret admitting to their existence lol not because im upset that they’re on ao3 - if you enjoyed them, you feel a lot differently about them than i do, which is probably a good thing. i regret it because i don’t want that to become another expectation from me. i did the experiment, found that i didn’t really care for it, and decided that i won't be doing it again. that being said, if you think it’s my fic it’s probably my fic. everyone says i have a very distinctive writing style, so if you think you recognize it then you’re probably right. i never want to discourage people from commenting or interacting with me, just know that you won’t get any confirmation on the anon fics. thank you for being very sweet and leaving me the option not to reply - i wanted to answer you, of course, so i really appreciate the second retro. have a great one :)
