Are you a "it's just a crazy thought, it can't happen and it's not that deep" type or "I always trust my guts and it usually happens when I feel uneasy" type of person?

Ah, it’s such a tricky question. I usually lean on the latter just to regret at the end if it’s not really happening. That’s why I tend to invalidate my intrusive thoughts.
