how do you react when someone is angry and throws things around you?

i’d be scared... especially if they do that bcs they’re angry at me. they’re one step away from physically hurting you, imo. if i have the ability to stop them then i’ll stop it but if not then, i’d probably leave them alone until they’ve calmed down. :(
