So is the “I'm gay for you” plot more common than the characters being gay/bi/or not mentioning their sexuality in BL? I got curious with your tweet I dont read much manga tbh

i mean i think it's less common now. i remember growing up most of the BL i was reading from the 90s-00s had a lot of the "not gat, i just like you" characters but now i often see characters straight up saying theyre gay/bi which is nice
