I’m not gonna hurt myself longer because of the sadness I feel so I’ll be pretty much stay away from the thing that causing me feeling sad. Listening to musics or eat something or just randomly talking with someone will also do!! I’ll do anything to distract my feelings so I won’t feel sad anymore.. 🥺 I won’t let the negativity ruin my day so…….. I’ll do anything to distract those sadness.. 🤔
I let myself be sad for a while. Just take the time to heal and process everything occurring, make my next move, etc. Afterwards it would help me calm down a bit.
