Why does the "professional" version of windows come with Candy™ Crush™ Saga™, Minecraft and an XBOX logo you can't remove from the start menu

Does it? I have no idea. Microsoft is really bad at things like this. For all I know the argument for including Candy Crush is about phising, which I would totally accept, but why the XBOX logo?
