What do you usually do to help you fall asleep quicker?

I usually drink warm milk or hot tea to help me fall asleep faster at night. While I can't guarantee it works for everyone, you might want to give it a try!

Actually, whenever I get into a comfortable position and close my eyes, I fall asleep quickly... It's called "Pelor" aka Nempel Molor.

I usually listen to lullabies or rewind some stories backwards even though their endings make me cry, but it successfully makes me fall asleep faster.

I usually turn off the lamp, relax, take deep breaths, and sometimes listen to calm music to help me fall asleep faster.

ASMR help me to destress quicker. There are plenty on Youtube and Spotify as far as I can tell.
