what do you usually do to get rid of bad thoughts that come into your mind whenever you're alone in your room?

This might not be a good behavior, but my way of coping with distractions is to overwork myself, as it seems to be the only way to get rid of those negative thoughts.

Distract myself, engage in activities I enjoy, like reading, listening to music, watching anime, or doing a hobby.

Not a fan of overthinking so I just sleep it off. Sleep is the best medication!
