Gets ko si Estelle actually kasi ganyan din yung ex ko before. I would always share with him lahat ng achievements ko sa work whether small or big. I never felt that he was happy or proud of me. At the time, I would always just understand. But later I realized na insecure siya kasi I was earning more than him.
Pero why I am siding with Art? Aside sa Art apologist ako through and through hahaha joke! Art is very understanding ever since but maybe Estelle did the same thing to him before? And now he’s just giving the same energy back. Or how can he be happy for her kung work ang reason bakit they’re spending lesser time together.
There are so many anons relapsing 😭 I don’t think it’s the same with Art and Estelle, though. Art still said congrats and that he’s proud of her—it’s just that he didn’t call her right away when she wanted him to. Maybe he thought it could wait, or that it wasn’t something grand enough to make an immediate call, or maybe he just didn’t feel like stepping outside at that moment. Or what if he wanted to be fully present in the moment and decided not to call her right away? Or maybe he was just mentally drained after everything that had been happening?
It did lack the old, supportive Art that Estelle knew, but that doesn’t mean he’s insecure about her achievements. Why would he be? I’d kill him if he ever did that.
Art is really understanding and patient when it comes to Estelle, and he isn’t the type to hold grudges. Maybe it’s just complacency? We’ll never know because I never pointed it out HAHAHAHAHAH. Let there be chaos in their relationship??? What if he thought Estelle wouldn’t mind if they talked about it later—without realizing that he seemed unhappy or unsupportive of her achievements?
One things for sure, he did realize in their chat that he fucked up, but the realization came too late. He misunderstood how much it meant to Estelle, and that’s the sad part because, knowing Estelle, her career meant the world to her.
