hello how do we submit our promts? like do we upload it to ao3 anonymously and to what collection? sorry im a little confused

Hello! You have to submit it to the link of the collection that has been just sent in the mail, it's typically just like normal ao3 posting; the only difference is that it won't instantly be available on ao3 tags and eill be submitted to the fest collection and released when the reveals start!
