Yuuji would take advantage of the lack of prenup and win half of all of Sukuna’s assets (his cursed energy) along with the house (Malevolent Shrine)
Sukuna would be absolutely SEETHING, but also be low key turned on by Yuuji’s sheer ruthlessness in using their lack of a prenup against him
sukuna would be so pissed off with yuuji for stealing away his assets (that goddamned brat) and with the raging boner he has bc it's actually impressive in how yuuji used their lack of prenup to his advantage
yuuji's a kind and compassionate soul and he understands that sukuna would be broke and homeless in the modern era, so he allows sukuna to live with him in the house so long sukuna displays good behavior and does not cause another shibuya level event
