mostly by doing coding projects like my website. i used to play brain age a ton, and i also do a lot of games & puzzles like solo mahjong, sudoku, wordle, worldle (not a typo its the geography version); stuff like that! watching stuff that confuses me, reading difficult books, working on building foreign language vocabulary, even just taking a route home that you normally don’t can exercise your brain
