how easily does your OC make friends? are they a master conversationalist, or do they tend to keep to themselves?

keep to themselves out of shyness but due to what they do, they talk to people. leading an army without words would be hard. he has a few friends and it has led him to come out of his shell. but he still sucks at conversations due to radically different backgrounds the people of his army have compared to his own
